Cuddle Sessions

Cuddle Sessions โ€“ A Space for Nurturing Touch

As a certified Cuddle Therapist (through Kuschelraum - Berlin) I offer professional and nurturing cuddle sessions designed specifically for those seeking compassionate, gentle, non-sexual touch - whether you're simply longing to be held or are new to exploring physical closeness.

These sessions provide a safe, fully clothed and consent-driven space: we focus on building safety, communication, and trust through simple gestures like hand-holding, breathing together, different forms of holding or resting side by side. All paced gently to honor your comfort and boundaries. I adapt my sessions to support you in building trust with your own body, cultivating connection, and healing.

Rooted in consent and deep listening, this work offers space to reconnect with your body, feel into your boundaries, and experience the nourishing power of touch.

In a world that often lacks space for non-sexual, caring touch, cuddle sessions offer a powerful invitation: to slow down, connect, and be heldโ€”just as you are.

Cuddling is a deeply human need. It supports emotional well-being, reduces stress, and nurtures a sense of belonging. In my sessions, we co-create a space where your boundaries are honoured and your desires for closeness stillness, or playfulness can unfold safely and respectfully.

Every session is guided by clear agreements, open communication, and ongoing consent. Whether you're looking for comfort, grounding, or simply curious to explore intimacy in a structured and mindful setting, you're welcome here.

1. Arrival & Check-In

  • A warm welcome, possibly with tea or water.

  • Introduction to the space and setting a calm atmosphere.

  • Discussion of intentions, wishes, boundaries, and any concerns.

  • Emotional and physical check-in: โ€œHow are you arriving today?โ€

  • Talk through any specific touch preferences or avoidances.

2. Agreement & Consent Ritual

  • Establishing clear boundaries: Yes / No / Maybe touches.

  • Explaining and practicing tools for communication, like:

    • โ€œStopโ€

    • โ€œSlowerโ€

    • โ€œMore, pleaseโ€

    • โ€œPauseโ€

  • Possibly including a short consent exercise to practice asking, listening, and responding.

3. Cuddle Time / Connection Phase

  • Begins slowly, often with grounding practices: breathing together, eye contact, or simply sitting in presence.

  • Gradual transition into agreed-upon cuddle positions (e.g. spooning, holding hands, back-to-back).

  • Touch is always consensual and can be adjusted or paused at any moment.

  • Positions may change naturally depending on comfort and flow.

  • Communication is welcome but often kept minimal or nonverbal.

4. Integration & Closing

  • Slowly transitioning out of physical closeness.

  • Time for resting, gentle stretching, or sitting in silence.

  • A brief reflection: โ€œHow are you feeling now?โ€, โ€œWhat stood out?โ€

  • Optional feedback or emotional sharing.

  • Goodbye with grounding, so the client leaves feeling settled and safe.
